Refined grains are literally goyslop carbs and that’s what f*cks us up.
In fact it’s funny that we can see that play out in real time when we get immigrants or illegals who come here to the U.S. and are in decent shape without weight problems or high blood pressure cholesterol, etc. and within 3-5 years they are usually overweight and suffering from hypertension and high cholesterol due to our heavily processed goyslop diet in the U.S.
