The Cuban government is putting gay marriage up for referendum later this year.
Jewish controlled Human Rights Watch says letting the people decide is unDemocratic.
Outside of a few small exceptions, they know that if you let the public decide on gay marriage or gender ideology anywhere in the world, the majority would vote to ban it.
