The President-elect of the United States tagged a wrong woman when he wanted to quote a tweet describing how his daughter Ivanka has a great character and class. Instead of typing @IvankaTrump, the Twitter user typed @Ivanka Trump, a woman from England, Ivanka Majic, with more than 4000 followers. Mr. Trump probably didn’t even notice that username of his daughter’s profile was wrong, and published a quote.
“@drgoodspine: @realDonaldTrump @Ivanka Trump is great, a woman with real character and class.”
— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) January 17, 2017
Majic has taken advantage of her moment on the global stage by urging Trump to both take more care in his tweets and accept the scientific consensus about manmade climate change, which Trump challenged during his campaign.
In reply to the incoming president, she tweeted: “And you’re a man with great responsibilities. May I suggest more care on Twitter and more time learning about #climatechange.” She also tweeted data pointing out that 97.5% of publishing climatologists and about 90% of all publishing scientists supported the human-induced climate theory.

However, millions of Twitter users noticed the mistake which prompted a multitude of funny replies.
