It’s been almost three years since Hillary lost and liberals still cannot accept reality. Sucks to be so stunted.
From Daily Mail: Mariah Carey was in close quarters with two political leaders as she attended the Barbra Streisand concert at Madison Square Garden in NYC over the weekend.
The We Belong Together hitmaker, 49, shared photos of herself smiling alongside Bill and Hillary Clinton via Twitter on Tuesday. ‘An honor to meet President Clinton and her husband, former President Bill Clinton!’she wrote alongside a blushing smiley face.
‘Thank you for everything you have done and continue to do for our country,’ the crooner added.
Carey also posted the same photos to Instagram.
By the afternoon, Hillary, 71, had replied to Carey’s shout-out with the message: ‘The honor is ours; it’s not every day you meet a queen.’ The former Secretary of State finished off her note with a crown emoji.
Carey has supported Hillary for years, but in the past she’s told Andy Cohen on an episode of Watch What Happens Live that she doesn’t see politics in the job description as far as being an entertainer is concerned.
She says that opening up about her personal political views is ‘so hard, because I’m just an entertainer.’
‘I’m not a political analyst. So I don’t want to be vocal about my true feelings about all of this, but I have them.’
Even so, Carey has put on shows for Bill, 72, and Barack Obama – and was outspoken about her support of the politician during the election race in 2012.
Carey even made a pit-stop at the National Christmas Tree Lighting ceremony with the Obama family back in 2013.
