As they do every time there is a spike in shootings, Democrats are going for the big gun grab.
The catalyst for the latest anti-gun push was the massacre at the elementary school in Uvalde, Texas. It shocked the conscious that a person could wantonly kill little kids.
The 18-year-old shooter was insane, though. And there was a major failure on the part of the local police to get inside the classroom where he was holed up.
Nonetheless, Democrats want to ban guns. They always have. Because a well-armed populace is the only thing that can stop tyranny and tyranny is what socialist Democrats have in mind.
Democrats want total control over the citizens of the United States. Total. With zero resistance.
The 2nd amendment isn’t about hunting or home defense, it’s about resisting tyranny. Through history, we know how fast a people can lose their freedoms and be subjected to the whims of dictators once their guns have been taken away.
