FIRST Amendment protection applies to “State actors” limiting your speech.
Here we have DOCUMENTS from Twitter where the government FBI, CIA, DHS, DNI.. were meeting weekly with Twitter to limit Americans speech.
Perhaps the Supreme Court Case upcoming on Jan 6th of 2023..
