This is a good question actually, considering the fact that Dementia in Chief couldn’t run a lemonade stand.
Last night, Greenwald asked who is really in charge of the government on Tucker Carlson’s show. The answer is: no one knows, but it’s clear that intel agencies et al are acting independently, i.e. without input from the executive head of the federal government.
To prove it, Tucker Carlson played a clip where John Kerry said that Biden was not aware of the situation with the nuclear submarines, and Australia and France.
