You don’t really need an investigative news report to tell you that the intelligence services are leaking fake information to the media as part of an “info war” with Russia, but NBC did the right thing for once.
We lie all the time about Russia and Ukraine. We think it is helping to deceive our friends and allies.

It should probably be concerning that the intelligence community is using the same tactics they used in the run-up to the Iraq War against Russia.
