This appears to be a conspiracy by the dashboard makers to influence journalists.

This dashboard supposedly showed what “russian bots” were doing on social media, Twitter figured out their API key and could then see what accounts they were requesting information for. They discovered that these accounts were in fact real people.

“Journalists” then relied on this fraudulent dashboard to create stories/narratives.
