Is Pfizer hiding data about all these Covid relapses?

There are reports that Pfizer’s antiviral pill works for a time before some patients have relapses. The FDA knew this so why are we only just learning this? And if this is the main driver of Covid treatment, shouldn’t we re-consider the 5-day quarantine rule? As usual, we have some questions.
