The dad of little Taylen Mosley was arrested on murder charges in the horrific deaths of the mother and son in St. Petersburg, Florida.
Police saw the gator with an object in its mouth at Lake Maggiore on Friday.
Officers shot the animal, causing it to release the item from its jaws.
Cops then determined that it was the body of the missing boy.
