The highly respected legal organization, JUDICIAL WATCH, has given a statement as to their opinion on James Comey’s firing by President Trump.
Tom Fitton, who heads JUDICIAL WATCH, tweeted the following to President Trump:

Emails Reveal More Instances of Clinton Using Unsecure Email Server for Classified Info
In a surprise but needed move, President Trump fired FBI Director James Comey. Judicial Watch reacted immediately with a statement of support for President Trump’s move:
“This is an important move to restore public confidence in the fair administration of justice at the federal level. Mr. Comey did not seem to understand some of the laws he was asked to enforce and unfortunately politicized his sensitive position as the FBI director. President Trump took the right step in cleaning house at the FBI.”
Last week I was interviewed by host Alex Marlow on Breitbart News Daily, and we discussed FBI Director James Comey in some depth. Here are some of my remarks.
“Comey has repeatedly and improperly protected Hillary Clinton and her top people from the consequences of their criminal behavior by coloring the law, misstating the law, and focusing on everything but the elephant in the living room: Why didn’t he prosecute her? Why was immunity granted to all of these individuals? Why is it he said that he needed to prove intent, when in fact all they really needed was gross negligence, which was proven beyond the shadow of a reasonable doubt, and he probably had the intent there anyway?”
In the wake of Comey’s firing, JW has been out front, supporting the move in the face of outrage, however manufactured, from the Left and Establishment-types. I appreciate that President Trump, in the face of predictable outrage, did the brave thing in firing Comey. As I told Fox News viewers this week, Comey’s removal may spur renewed or reinvigorated investigations of Hillary Clinton’s various alleged crimes.
The FBI has long needed new leadership. Don’t be distracted by the corrupt political class’ response to President Trump’s move.
Now, we must talk about the shocking new information, which has surfaced on James Comey. It is beyond he pale in lawlessness. This is factually correct; thus, we can see Comey had crossed over to the “darkside.” He took the number one law agency in America, his oath to uphold that law, and he dumped it by the wayside. We should pity James Comey, as he lost much more than his job. This loss will always make James Comey a marked man…a man without a Country. Julian Assange has offered him a job at WILILEAKS, and it may be the only job offer James Comey will ever receive again.
The following are new facts that have come to light recently on James Comey:
- Comey served as counsel at Lockheed Martin until 2010 when he departed with over $6 million to show for it. That same year Lockheed Martin became a member of the Clinton Global Initiative and “won 17 contracts from the U.S. State Department, which was led by then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.”
- In a major conflict of interest, it is discovered Comey’s brother Peter Comey’s role at the Washington law firm DLA Piper, where he serves as “Senior Director of Real Estate Operations for the Americas”.
- DLA Piper is one of the top ten all-time career campaign donors for Hillary Clinton. On top of this, DLA Piper also happens to do the Clinton Foundation’s taxes. DLA Piper performed the 2015 audit of the Foundation when the scandal first broke.
- Property records show that James Comey owns the mortgage on his brother Peter Comey’s house in Virginia. Therefore, James Comey had a direct financial relationship with a DLA Piper executive at the time he was investigating Clinton.
President Trump had more than one reason to fire James Comey, and it does not take a rocket scientist to see this.
Moving on to the future, the White House has their eye on four possible replacements for James Comey. I hope to see this conclude soon, as Acting FBI Director Andrew McCabe will only continue to follow in Comey’s footsteps with the deceit.
The first interview will take place on Saturday. Republican Senator John Cornyn is one of those being considered to fill Comey’s vacancy.
Two other candidates are New York Appeals Court Judge Michael Garcia and senior lawyer Alice Fisher. Mr. Garcia is a former NY prosecutor, and Ms Fisher was an assistant attorney general for the Justice Department’s criminal division.
I know once we have new leadership at the FBI, justice will start to be done. There are so many issues to face, but at one time we had no hope in facing them. Now the American people will once again look to the FBI for protection from lawlessness. I don’t think until now we have realized just how far down the FBI had sunk under James Comey’s leadership. Further, I believe that anyone who supports James Comey at this point must have an ulterior motive.

Slide started well before, when the Mafia let Hoover know they had photos of him as a cross-dressing homosexual, back in the day when that was actually considered a bad thing! (Rather than celebrated as “Diversity”!)
Hoover could just have told them to release the photos and then claimed it’s just a Halloween costume or something. I doubt it would have cost him much. Chances are they had more than those photos.

If President Trump nominates a woman for FBI chief, (e.g. Alice Fisher) he will control the narrative as a pro women executive. He will also confound the swamp dwellers.

Yes, you are correct. We need proof and proof will come from indictments. Can we have a female FBI chief who is also both a patriot and stalworth crime fighter.
We also must reestablish the rule of law for all. Comey, i’ve concluded, either by being the designated nincompoop or an actual dirty cop, was a part of the deep state protection racket. Go riddance to him.
Now, we must also prosecute Hillary and Bills minions too. They are both a weakness and strength to the ‘Crime Machine’. Long jail terms for Huma, Weiner, Mills etc… would be a good start. Minions can be flipped to hunt the ‘big game’ crooks.

I think that ALL of the senior FBI folks need to be scrutinized very carefully and reviewed in their beliefs in whether hill was guilty or not. Sometimes you can overlook an underling once you’ve cut the head off the main snake…..especially in the case of the Asst Director…..he’s dirty as well.

This is so strange, as when the Anthony Weiner case was in the news, it was said that many in the FBI had turned against Comey. Well, we know that those with him are as corrupt as he is. At least all of this is coming out, and I am going to dig for more. Comey was bought and paid for by the Clinton Mafia. People can say what they want about Trump, but no one could do what he is doing. Imagine where we would be right now if Hillary had won.
I think the real shock has sunk in for members of the deep state such as the Clinton Crime Machine and the MSN. These pukes thought they had it in the bag.
