Kamala the cop reiterates promise to take executive action on guns if Congress won’t
Kamala Harris reiterated this week that she will take executive action on gun violence if Congress does not send her a bill within the 100 days of her presidency.
“When elected president,” the California senator’s office said Tuesday on social media.
She added, “I will give Congress 100 days to put a gun safety bill on my desk for signature. And if they don’t, I will take executive action. I’ve seen too many autopsy photos and hugged too many mothers of homicide victims to not take action. Enough.”
She failed to explain how passing strict gun laws to keep guns from the law abiding citizenry would prevent criminals from acquiring illegal weapons.
