Here’s a free tip for my regular readers, if I have one: it’s way healthier to eat McDonald’s if you skip the soda and fries (or hash brown, in the breakfast case). The burgers certainly are not a “health food”, but they are in a totally different class than the fries and soda pop, i.e. it’s a lot better to order, say, two Quarter Pounders and a coffee than a Quarter Pounder meal.
