My healthcare premiums went up 21.8% this year. Last year 14.5%. the year before 26.3%. The BLS can take their +7.5% and shove it up their collective asses.

Maybe hate is too strong.
So fill in the word hate above with "hold with maximum contempt" if you prefer.
Or "despise more than Lyme-carrying deer ticks crawling up my leg."
This is how I regard the institutions entrusted with a particular job who fail and keep on failing.
