Cops busted a man in connection with the random Christmas
Eve cinder block attack on a member of Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s
staff in Midtown Manhattan, police sources told The Post
Friday.
Cavanaugh was temporarily knocked unconscious, and suffered
a two-inch deep laceration to her head.
