Not as detailed as I would have liked. He did mention phosgene production from burning vinyl chloride combustion, which as I said before, does not appear to be something that happens.
He sort of down played risks in general which I don’t agree with so much.
The interplay of these multiple chemicals in the presence of fire. Yeah, lots of things can be formed. Plenty of bad things.
Anyway, at least he shows that there is a document somewhere that accounts for each rail car.
