The jackboots in Ottawa are not actually arresting, booking and jailing protestors. In fact, they are carting them off in paddy wagons and dropping them off outside the city. They have to make their way back on their own. There are numerous reports confirming this shameful behaviour. I wonder if it’s because they are NOT legally allowed to make arrests in the first place?
