Where did they think all the people demanding sanctuary were going to be housed?
They never thought there would be any real world consequences for their virtue signaling.
And the one thing I have figured out is that once you virtue signal about something you can never UN-virtue signal it.
No matter how bad this gets they’ll never rescind their sanctuary city status.
And why would they?
Worst that can happen is they replace the current Democrats in power with different, almost identical Democrats.
HOWEVER…
Many conservatives are under the delusion that voting republican would set you free.
Strangers do not have your best interest at heart.
It doesn’t matter if those strangers call themselves Democrats, Republicans or Libertarians.
They’re all out for themselves.
