In 2019 there were 146 investigations initiated by the FAA into unruly passengers. So far in 2021 there have been 750+ investigations w/ 4,000+ incidents reported ranging from attacking flight attendants, to fights, and now…growling. About 3/4 of the incidents are mask-related.
