First of all, I want to say I hold no malice toward Scott
Adams, nor do I wish his business to fail or his revenue to
decline. Scott is a public figure who wants to attract more
attention to himself as a ‘persuader’ and influencer. He has
every right to say unpopular things and leverage his First
Amendment right of free speech. He should not be punished by
having his popular comic strip, ‘Dilbert,’ cancelled as a
result. Scott knows newspapers are dying, and being canceled
by them improves his brand by making him a victim of cancel
culture.
