Julian Conradson from The Gateway Pundit reports, The runaway Texas democrats filed a frivolous lawsuit against Governor Gregg Abbott on Friday, claiming that the effort to make them return home to do their jobs was purposely meant to infringe on their ‘civil rights’ because of their “race, color, creed, and natural origin,” which they say gives them “protected status.”
