Pressure in the Nord Stream 2 undersea gas pipeline from Russia to Germany dropped from 300 to 7 bars overnight, a spokesperson for the pipeline’s operator said, adding that the company did not know the cause of the drop.
MOSCOW. Sept 26 (Interfax) – Gas pressure has dropped in one of the strings of the Nord Stream 2 offshore gas pipeline, project operator Nord Stream 2 AG said in a statement.
“Overnight the Nord Stream 2 landfall dispatcher registered a rapid gas pressure drop on Line A of the Nord Stream 2 natural gas pipeline. The marine authorities of Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Russia have been notified immediately. Investigation is ongoing, ” the company said in a comment.
