edit: i want to take a minute to point out the SEC investigators for this case – i think every staff investigator at the SEC needs to be recognized and empowered by the investors they’re working to protect.
they need to feel that we have their backs no matter what. whether they’re conducting investigations or running into roadblocks put up by their superiors. these guys are the real champions of the people.
