Supermarket shelves are going EMPTY in southern Italy as furious truck drivers and farmers bring major supply routes to a standstill over soaring fuel prices.

Protesters have blocked sections, disrupting food deliveries across Campania and surrounding areas.

Fresh fruit, vegetables, milk, and meat are stuck in trucks or warehouses, while supermarkets struggle to keep their shelves stocked.

Even pasta production and buffalo mozzarella supplies have reportedly been disrupted, with factories struggling to get essential ingredients.

The protests have spread across several southern regions, including Puglia, Calabria, Sicily, and Campania, as drivers say rising diesel costs are making their businesses increasingly difficult to sustain.

And now ordinary Italians are walking into supermarkets and finding EMPTY SHELVES.
