The DEEP STATE Is Without Limitations – It Has Always Been – Donald Trump Has Made It His Mission To Bring It Down – Now He Is Paying The Price.

by Ruby Henley
Our Founders created the Constitution with the intent of escaping the Deep State.  In pre-Revolutionary era British courts in London secretly issued general warrants to British government agents.  They authorized  agents to search where they wished and seize what they found.  This was so offensive to our Colonial ancestors that it was more important than the “no taxation without representation” argument.
The Constitution was written, and the Fourth Amendment was established to stop general warrants and guarantee the right to be left alone by forcing the government to focus on the bad guys.  However, in time the Deep State penetrated the wall put up by the Constitution.
In 1978, Congress became the enemy of the American people by passing the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act.  Supposedly it was passed to end the government spying of the Nixon Administration, but what a joke that was.   FISA was established in a secret court, permitting it to issue warrants to spy on agents of foreign governments when present in the US.

Slowly because of the desire to be safe and secure, the American people gave up their actual freedom from the Deep State.  FISA was easy for the government to justify, and Americans were told it cannot be used against them. This was the beginning of the end, and Deep State creep was happening while Americans thought they were being well protected.
Because of secret courts judges cannot keep records of their decisions and document secret permissions by committees of Congress.  Further, members of Congress cannot tell their constituents or other members of Congress what they have learned in secret.  This is why the American people have never really had freedom, for we have been betrayed since the birth of FISA!!!
FISA has grown as if it were on steroids, and this is what Donald Trump is trying to stop. It has permission to spy on “foreign agents to all foreigners to anyone, who communicates with foreigners.”
Remember General Flynn and his phone call…boom!  He had been a spy himself and knew all of this.  Yet, he thought those listening in were Patriots, who like he and Trump, wanted to stop all of this. He was wrong.
Since President Trump won the Presidency he has been committed to putting an end to the Deep State; now he is their number one  target.  He is truly different from all the other President, as they went along with the Deep State, becoming one of them.  Trump is much smarter than anyone knows, for he truly has put up a WALL  against them.  However, that wall is not high enough to stop them.  Now he is paying a price.
The American people have wondered how so many within our government, like Ex-FBI Director Comey, are getting away with all their unlawful actions.  The fact is the Deep State is above the law, as they have totally taken over while our elected officials have turned a blind eye.  Some are fighting, and one of them is Jason Chaffetz. He received death threats to the point he is now with Fox News; however he is fighting back with his words.  Steve Bannon and Sebastian Gorka are also fighting back from the outside.  Yet, we must look at the fact, these people could not fight it from within, so how can we expect President Trump to do that?
Judge Andrew Napolitano also has attempted to fight the Deep State, and he lost his job at Fox News when he told the truth about Obama wiretapping Trump.  However, as we must now accept, Obama did it legally with Fisa! If we do not accept this, we are openly declaring war. We need to realize this, as this is what President Trump has done. Will he win? I doubt it, and you must doubt it, too.

Remember this?

Now, lets get to what the Deep State is now doing to bring down the first President, who has tried to bring them down. War is being waged right before our very eyes, and we must now accept that.

Enter the outsider as president. Donald Trump has condemned the spying and leaking, as he is a victim of it. While he was president-elect, the spies told him they knew of his alleged misbehaviors — vehemently denied — in a Moscow hotel room. Last week, his White House staff was shaken by what the spies did with what they learned from a former Trump aide.
Trump’s former national security adviser, retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, himself a former military spy, spoke to the Russian ambassador to the United States in December via telephone in Trump Tower. It was a benign conversation..
They violated federal law by revealing in part what Flynn had said, and they did so in a manner to embarrass and infuriate Trump.
Why would they do this? Perhaps because they feared Flynn’s being in the White House, since he knows the power and depth of the deep state. Perhaps to send a message to Trump because he once compared American spies to Nazis.  Perhaps because they hate and fear the outsider in the White House.
The chickens have come home to roost. In our misguided efforts to keep the country safe, we have neglected to keep it free. We have enabled a deep state to become powerful enough to control a powerful president. We have placed so much data and so much power in the hands of unelected, unaccountable, opaque spies that they can use it as they see fit — even to the point of committing federal felonies. Now some have boasted that they can manipulate and thus control the president of the United States by selectively revealing and concealing what they know about anyone, including the president himself.
This is a perilous state of affairs, brought about by the maniacal passion for surveillance spawned under George W. Bush and perfected under Barack Obama — all with utter indifference to the widespread constitutional violations and permanent destruction of personal liberties. This is not the government the Framers gave us. But it is one far more dangerous to human freedom than the one from which they seceded in 1776.

We must now realize what President Trump is really facing.  When we do, we will see what  an extraordinary man he really is.  However, how much can just a small group of Patriots do?  When we stop to ask ourselves this, is it not questionable what our answer will be? My answer is one of sadness and realization of the truth.  We have been “had” for a very long time, and the rule of law is not what we thought is was. The DEEP STATE is now the rule of law, and at this point, there is no stopping it.
Yet, President Trump is trying to do just that…what price will he pay?  Would you pay it?

  1. Please Pray Bannon and Gorka are successful and convey the Truth to da Sheeple. I’m sure 60 minutes will cut and paste to make Bannon look like an idiot.
    .
General Flynn, stand up and defend the Constitution!

    • I am praying, Mac. We are supposed to take a direct hit from Irma. But I told God I would take one for Texas. Yes, I am praying for Bannon and Gorka. I am praying that Flynn will do the right thing too, and I think he will. Take care, Mac.

      • I served twice under General BeTrayUs and prayed every night that he would do the right thing as CIA Director once he had the opportunity to do so. I had total faith in him. He not only chickened out in front of the Senate Committee, but is now a Bilderberger attendee and major Globalist, Constitution be damned!

        • Mac, I am looking at it this way…bottom line. God is separating the wheat from the chaff right now…it is time. Many who thought or we thought would pass the test simply do not have the guts to stand against the Deep State. I don’t think we realize what grave test we are facing now. I know I am going to pass. I know you will,, too.

      • Do you have any contact with Pamela Williams who wrote here in July? She was following the Monica Peterson story intently. Haven’t heard nothin from her for about 2 or 3 months. I hope she is OK!

          • Please do so. And advise her that someone responded that she WAS buried on 4 Dec 2016. Looked up the obituary. However it doesn’t say a body was included. I assume it was. If so, what are the autopsy reports? I did see an article which her Brother Claimed she was suicide. A few comments form her Denver based organization were pretty wishy-washy. Just like they were scared!

          • I truly do not understand the situation she was in. On one hand the Korbel School were she was educated was, in fact, an elite school which educated people who would go on to hold government jobs. Like Madeline Albright and Condeleza Rice. If you take this one fact, you have to accept she knew the “inside information,” so if she were actually suspicious of Clinton, she had to know they would protect Clinton. That is the one thing I do not understand at all.

          • I still must believe it is G-d which blinds these exceptional intelligent people so they do NOT see very simple things. So many intelligent professors and Libs really believe in Bernie and Hillary while it is extremely well documented, even in the MSM sources, of their corruption. All one has to do is put the pieces together. The real world is much messier than the fantasy world where most Elites live in. THEY gotta git cold, wet and hungry for a while for reality to sink in.
            .
Please allow me to change a sentence. I forgot the d on suicide above.

  2. There’s not much that “we the people” can do, but vote. Voting the slimy sons-of-bitches who are pretending to be Republicans, but are (in fact) under the sheets with the democrats, MUST BE VOTED OUT OF OFFICE each time they come up for re-election! We also can, AND MUST, be aware and mindful (always) of what our Constitution SAYS and always IGNORE and DISOBEY any liberal activist judge (and judges) who put their obviously bogus “interpretations” on it. We must NOT just pray … we also must be vigilant and prepared to defend our country AGAINST our government! By Any Means Necessary … be prepared to fight especially for our 2nd amendment! Don’t EVER let the enemies of our freedom CONFISCATE your firearms! Hide Them. DON’T register them. Report them stolen if your have to! Pray you’ll never have to use them, but HAVE THEM if you need them! ANYBODY who attempts to “confiscate” your firearms must be treated like any other common thug breaking into your home! This “shadow government” and those who are members of it, elected or unelected, NEED to be disposed of and done away with.

  3. Since JFK, when Allen Dulles had JFK shot, and then chaired the investigation into that shooting, the deep state has run things their way.
CIA needs disbanding, most of congress need shooting, but what can Trump do, he is surrounded by enemies.

    • Exactly, Tim. The good thing is Bannon and Gorka are on the outside fighting the media. Plus, we have Jason Chaffetz on Fox now telling it like it is. We do have some Patriots still standing, but who is protecting Trump. It is hard to believe that his own daughter turned on him.

  5. “Now He Is Paying The Price.”
    What price?
He sure looks for all the world to be serving it slavishly.
I cannot understand anyone’s still having any hope or confidence in this man who has proven himself to be a coward.

    • Partially agreed — but the one reason why I still have a bit of hope is that it looks like the REALLY bad guys still want him out – and badly.
Not a day goes by without the corrupted media or a corrupt Senator or Congresscritter calling for his impeachment, asserting he’s a Nazi and/or he’s Putin’s lapdog and/or he’s a totally incompetent imbecile.
Why would they treat him like that if he was truly one of them?
The way I see it, Trump probably isn’t one of them, but he’s too much of a coward to stand up against them, so he mostly goes along with what his neocon and neoliberal advisers tell him to do. But if he were to develop a spine (or simply had a perfect opportunity), he might do the right thing.
He might develop a spine when they go WAY over the top with their demands (e.g. demand a nuclear first strike against Russia). Then again he might be too much of a coward even then.

      • Why did Thomas Jefferson wait so long to sign the act prohibiting the importation of slaves?

“Others… may condemn what they would not if seen in all its parts.” –Thomas Jefferson: 1st Inaugural Address, 1801. ME 3:323
“The ground of liberty is to be gained by inches, [and] we must be contented to secure what we can get from time to time and eternally press forward for what is yet to get. It takes time to persuade men to do even what is for their own good.” –Thomas Jefferson to Charles Clay, 1790. ME 8:4
“If the game runs sometimes against us at home, we must have patience till luck turns, and then we shall have an opportunity of winning back the principles we have lost. For this is a game where principles are the stake.” –Thomas Jefferson to John Taylor, 1798. ME 10:47
“A good cause is often injured more by ill-timed efforts of its friends than by the arguments of its enemies. Persuasion, perseverance and patience are the best advocates on questions depending on the will of others.” –Thomas Jefferson to James Heaton, 1826.
“I have most carefully avoided every public act or manifestation on that subject [i.e., the opposition to slavery]. Should an occasion ever occur in which I can interpose with decisive effect, I shall certainly know and do my duty with promptitude and zeal. But in the meantime it would only be disarming myself of influence to be taking small means.” –Thomas Jefferson to George Logan, 1805. FE 10:141
“I have received many letters stating to me in the spirit of prophecy, caricatures which the writers, it seems, know are to be the principles of my administration. To these no answer has been given, because the prejudiced spirit in which they have been written proved the writers not in a state of mind to yield to truth or reason.” –Thomas Jefferson to William Jackson, 1801. • Jefferson certainly had a point… But I wouldn’t say the same thing is true about current foreign policy insanity.
There’s pretty much no resistance in the population at large to ending those wars – aside from a few crazy Clinton fanatics who think we need to nuke Russia to punish them for giving us Trump (which of course they didn’t even do), I don’t think anyone but the neocon/neoliberal scum wants those wars.
There may well be a need to compromise with some of them for now – but not on issues that could cause an extinction-level event.
Let them cut their own taxes some more if it has to be. Replace the wall with a fence. Give amnesty to illegals who haven’t committed any other crimes or whatever. But stopping those wars must be highest priority.

  6. If I was Trump, I’d make sure Andrew Napolitano becomes the next SCOTUS judge — that’s the one thing they can’t easily undo after impeaching over nothing.

      • I tend to think that’s exactly what happened – and of course it’s the worst thing he could have done, the very worst part of neocon terrorism is its foreign policy (even good progress on the domestic front won’t help much if they get WW3 started and it goes nuclear).

        • IMO, WW3(gwot) has been raging since 911. We don’t need nukes to kill millions in the name of “democracy”, we’re doing just fine neocon nation building on top of the corpses already.
Did you watch the power of nightmares? These former neomarxists aka neocons, are using the same play book they did in the 1980s. That was when the big bad USSR was seconds away from global nuclear holocaust…
Come to find out, the USSR was getting loans from American bankers just to stay afloat(keeping the “strategy of tension” going for the MIC).
Red Dawn, War Games, The Day After…were all movies explaining the coming end of the world…the power of nightmares.

          • I agree, when Bush announced his “War on Terror”, I called it the “War on Terra”, and not just to mock his suboptimal language skills.
One big problem is that even if someone ended the current wars, they could still claim “terror” hasn’t been defeated, so the war is still on, they just need to pick another country they want to attack, and pretend there’s a terrorist there. No new declaration of war needed.
I think the USSR was essentially fake from beginning to end – designed to war companies on both sides to make insane amounts without risking “real” war too much. Worked well for both the US and Russian oligarchies.
I’m not so sure the current conflict is equally fake – Putin might be fake opposition, but he might as well be real. I’m leaning towards thinking he’s real because he makes too much sense for your typical fake opposition figurehead.
