When Trump was President, he made a standing order that any documents he removed from the Oval Office automatically became declassified–something he was empowered to do by the Constitution.
So it was legally and logically impossible for Trump to have “classified documents” at Mar A Lago.
Unless Obama formally declassified the Obama administration documents found in Biden’s garage, Biden is guilty of the crime that Trump was innocent of.

That said, it’s obvious that the Democrats are going to use this as a pretext to force Biden out of office.
That is NOT a good thing.
Whomever Congress selects to be the new Vice President will quickly become President after the Democrats figure out a way to remove Kamala Harris from office.
I guarantee you, that person will be much, much worse than Biden.
