The Dollar is in trouble: global de-dollarization has just accelerated

For decades, the US dollar was unquestioned ruler of global currencies, but tremendous shifts are now taking place. China, Russia, India, Brazil, South Africa, and other countries are undertaking significant efforts that will allow them to become less dependent on the US dollar in the coming years. This is extremely bad news for us, because possessing the world’s principal reserve currency has allowed us to enjoy a greatly inflated quality of living. When we lose that status, our lifestyles will be very different from what they are now. Regrettably, most Americans are unaware of any of this.
