The Great Condo Purge has begun, S. FL

Crestview Towers Condominium deemed unsafe..

It is well known with South Florida Engineers that the shelf South Florida sits on has cracked and is listing. Most of these old Condos only have their piles go down 60′. The ones built after about 2000 have to have their piles go down 180′.

The Building Departments know this.

It is only a matter of time.

They are opening up the Dade County Fair Grounds as a shelter to harbor all these new displaced people.

How many more buildings this week will they deem unsafe?
