The Left Doesn’t Understand the Concept of What the Charter of Government for Our Republic Means

by Chris Black

The United States was supposed to be a refuge of freedom where a citizen begins with a set of rights and the permissions of what the government can do are granted.

Anything that isn’t written into the Constitution is still a right held by the people.

There is no king and all citizens are sovereign.

No one citizen can be elevated above another with respect to the law and the administration of it.

All elected officials, including executives and judges are servants of the people.

Government authority is actually secondary to personal freedom.

You are presumed innocent and the government must prove your guilt.

This is the exact opposite of the government the left prefers.

They believe that humans have no inherent rights and that all permissions are granted by the government.

This way any right can be taken away at any time.

A select few people, if not by birth right then by intellectual superiority, are above common citizens, and thus above the law that regulates the common folk.

The administrator is never guilty, and the common citizen is always seen as guilty and must prove their innocence.

Even the right to present evidence proving innocence can be ignored.

The state simply has the right and power to arrest, detain, and execute anyone it believes is a threat.

Every day one of the core founding principles of this nation is violated, for example the right to be secure in your person and property.

In The United States you are supposed to own your own land as a sovereign citizen.

The government cannot take that land away. The existence of a land tax, where non-payment results in the forfeiture of your property is as bad as forced detention without charge.

That single act is enough for the people to dissolve the current government and rebuild it based on the core foundation principles.

The 2nd amendment grants us that right and ability.

Good luck getting the majority to agree with that after 100 years of Communist brainwashing.
