Watched a press conference on CPAC this morning of the Ottawa Police Chief and his deputies.
His tone has changed a lot. Said that he now has help from all three levels of government plus national and international security services.(That’s CSIS, CIA, NSA etc).
There has never been a protest this well funded and organized in Canadian history.
No more vehicles, food, water, fuel gets in
Busted a guy bringing in guns
Death threats on the Chief and others – convinced that was anti-protesters who want the truckers gone.
No more hotel rooms – any vacant room will be rented by the government. Police informed every hotel.
Only access to the site will be on foot.
More barricades & police on site. Counter protesters coming too. Says the situation is getting dangerous.
