  1. a neat trick in the USA today is to find a nice,clean,place close to a good neighborhood, this way you get the services of the rich and live in the services area, like the maids cottage in Downton Abby.
    the rich don’t want a SLUM to develop close to them SO things are kept nicer, public housing ect.
