Is this leaked info really Trudeau’s crazy COVID plan for 2021?

In response to your blog of today: “Trudeau Moves to Install Guaranteed Basic Income in Canada”, do you remember the supposedly leaked Covid-19 roadmap of the Canadian government?
It mentioned the following: “Reform and expansion of the unemployment program to be transitioned into the universal basic income program. Expected by Q1 2021”.

REPLY: That memo is indeed the grand plan. They are letting it out drip by drip because they know full well that if they tried to simply impose it all at once, they would be dragged out of their offices and hanged. I was walking the beach yesterday and 99.9% of the people do not wear masks here. Then there was one strange person wearing a mask and walking the beach. You walk the beach for the fresh air. They are simply mindless fools who obey whatever CNN and their politicians tell them without any independent thought. All they have to do is Google Washington Post which reported that masks were useless during the 1918 Spanish Flu which killed nearly 3% of the population compared to COVID-19 with a death rate of 0.028%.
