– will require folks who never had slaves
– to pay folks who were never slaves
this is a forced tax reducing economic growth
– stealing assets from the productive class
– and giving to favored friends
– with expectations of kickbacks and political money laundering
this is even worse than the minimum wage
– at least that encouraged capital upgrades
– to automate processes
– and to reduce labor costs
