US Govt is gonna dump TBS/MBS of failed banks through BlackRock

So doesn’t it mean we will get to see sizeable decrease in Fed balance sheet. Hence net liq which is func of ( Fed bal – Tga – Rrp ) will also decrease in value? Shouldn’t stocks at least correct because of this or maybe I am wrong?
