When to actually get back in is easy, because they tell it to you right on CNBC and elsewhere.
That’s when their Wank Street handlers slip them talking points that read like this:

• “It’s probably smart to lighten up here.”
• “This looks like it could go a lot lower!”
• “There’s nothing wrong with going to cash here…”

That’s when you get back in.
When they are telling you to buy the dips, remain calm, and all the rest, that simply means that the Big Boyz and Girlz of Wall Street have more product on their shelves they’d like to unload.
