You must understand that the study includes data from between 1990 and 2021.
We DO NOT have any data about the post-vax period, because these studies are actually pretty complicated, as there is no registry where people enter information about their sex and breeding life.

This drop in birth rates in the developed world is presumably caused primarily by a combination of the age of the women, environmental hormone disruptors like plastic, and birth control pills (also a hormone disruptor, but not environmental).
