If you are trying to grow your business, and manage a healthy team but hire a leftist liberal, then you are asking for toxic disfunction and disorder.
Who would want to even try to manage a person who has the mental state of believing and trusting in the “science” of manmade climate change, safe and effective covid “vaccines”, 97 different genders and the “right” to murder 9 month old babies?
Dealing with a leftist customer is hard enough, so why would anyone want to bring that element of insanity into their operation?
I’m all for diversity in the team, as long as it’s healthy.
Mental illness isn’t going to contribute to the success of any team…. unless you’re in the business of selling lies, maybe, but even then I bet it’s a shit-show trying to manage the narcissism.
I successfully weeded out every leftist from my operation during the “pandemic”, and since then our business has soared beyond what I expected, and the work environment has the healthiest balance in ideas and points of view it’s ever had, and it consists of folks from all races, age groups, “preferences” and religions…. All I did was simply let go of the ones who worshiped lies.
