What do you call it when a politician takes someone else’s money in taxes & gives it to someone who is more likely to vote for them?

Taxation is theft. We should have to pay as little in taxes as possible. Politicians that advocate for big government are just scammers. Bernie, AOC, etc… fake activists grifting people for their own personal gain.
