Goldman Sachs requests SEC relief to permit “certain joint transactions” otherwise prohibited by the Investment Company Act. Basically they want to co-invest in portfolio companies with other certain affiliated investment entities which is currently against the rules. MORE CHEATING by CHEATERS!
