“This project has stable funding, creates sufficient jobs and guarantees the safety of investors’ money,” one description reads. Are we talking about government here or big business? Is this not what we seek in government and big business? Politicians are making big money behind closed doors, and we all know it. Why lie?
The rule of law no longer applies to Government elite, so why not just tell it like it is? Our entire political machine is a sham and a criminal enterprise! So pardon me if I am not shocked Jared Kushner is seemingly caught up in his family business connected to the Government EB-5 Visa program.
It is not like this is a new concept in Government. The program is especially popular in China, with estimates in recent years showing that more than 80 percent of EB-5 visas were issued to Chinese investors. The program has been extremely popular among rich Chinese, who call it the “golden visa” and are eager to get their families — and their wealth — out of the country. The fact that some use it to move their money out illegally, however, has made the program unpopular with the Chinese authorities.
This may be the “conflict of interest” here for Jared Kushner. He and his family just held an event in China which links their business to the government EB-5 Visa program. The Kushner family business urged Chinese citizens gathered at a Ritz-Carlton hotel to consider investing hundreds of thousands of dollars in a New Jersey luxury apartment complex that would enable them to secure an EB-5 Visa.
The investors were told to invest now in case visa rules change under the Trump administration. The catch phrase used by the Kushner company was: “Invest $500,000 and immigrate to the United States.”
What do you think? Conflict of interest? I say not really. The government is being transformed under President Trump. Isn’t that what we wanted as Americans? The only thing Kushner is doing differently is not hiding the connection between his business and government. Politicians seem to think that if it is hidden, it does not exist. Trump ran on what?
- Creation of jobs,
- Government will be ran like big business,
- Meaning “show me the money,”
- Art of the deal,
- Creation of a new government department that actually seeks to run government like big business.
So if you follow the money, it goes this way:
- EB-5 Visa Government program,
- Jared Kushner assigned to create new government department to treat government as business,
- Kushner recruits his business as a contractor for the new government department,
- Kushner business goes on to recruit Chinese to invest in the US,
- In turn, the Chinese investors receive the EB-5 VISA from the US GOVERNMENT,
- The US using Chinese investors create jobs for the United States!
Isn’t this how business works? Is this what Trump promised? Isn’t Jared Kushner just doing his job? Let us just be honest for a change – government and big businesses are both corrupt – that is how it works.

The White House Office of American Innovation, to be led by Jared Kushner, the president’s son-in-law and senior adviser, will operate as its own nimble power center within the West Wing and will report directly to Trump. Viewed internally as a SWAT team of strategic consultants, the office will be staffed by former business executives and is designed to infuse fresh thinking into Washington, float above the daily political grind and create a lasting legacy for a president still searching for signature achievements.
“All Americans, regardless of their political views, can recognize that government stagnation has hindered our ability to properly function, often creating widespread congestion and leading to cost overruns and delays,” Trump said in a statement to The Washington Post. “I promised the American people I would produce results, and apply my ‘ahead of schedule, under budget’ mentality to the government.”
In a White House riven at times by disorder and competing factions, the innovation office represents an expansion of Kushner’s already far-reaching influence. The 36-year-old former real estate and media executive will continue to wear many hats, driving foreign and domestic policy as well as decisions on presidential personnel. He also is a shadow diplomat, serving as Trump’s lead adviser on relations with China, Mexico, Canada and the Middle East.
My conclusion here is my own interpretation of the truth of what is really happening in this situation which the news media is blowing way out of proportion. If we are going to create a more innovative US where government debt is wiped off the board, there has to be a new plan. Government will be meshing with the private sector on some level. Jared Kushner’s business is only acting as a government contractor combining the EB-5 Visa program with big business. Also, if we are going to invite immigrants into the US, just make them wealthy investors of both government and business. Is this not the bottom line here?
