“11 super aged Reddit accounts with lots of karma + a popular moderator account for 350 USD” – Are mods really selling their reddit accounts?

I frequently visit marketing forums, and I am seeing more and more Reddit accounts for sale, some even claim to have mod powers in popular subforums. Is this even possible? Would a mod sell out for 350 USD?
