Democrats in Congress have proposed a plan that would declare an unconditional “war” on “racism,” and fund it with $70 billion for a new, Cabinet-level “Department of Reconciliation.” The report said the key sponsors are Ilhan Omar, Maxine Waters, Rashida Tlaib and Bennie Thompson. The concept has been assigned to the Committee on the Judiciary.
