Netflix is a Fantastic Mind Control Tool

by Chris Black

Since if a person is only consuming content that everybody else is consuming, he can only think what everybody else is thinking.

It’s been tailored to exploit standard human laziness, easily emerging as the winning choice over any book –because it’s just so much easier to press a button and stare at a screen.

Even more brilliant is that it’s passed off as just for entertainment purposes, because if people believe they’re only watching something for entertainment they won’t be vigilant and won’t even notice how they’re being influenced.

The final stroke of ruthless genius is attaching a cost to it; making the masses pay a fee just so they can dedicate a considerable fraction of their time to the warping of their own minds, with endless stories glorifying or normalising prostitution and loose sex, miscegenation, idiotic humour, ridiculous emotional reactions, pettiness, gossip, drugs, cruelty and whatever else is generally devastating to any family or community.

What can I say?

If you pay for Netflix, the Matrix has you.
