Penn State fire 11,000 acres burned from forest fire now contained, but still burning

A wildfire that began in the Penn State Forest grew over the weekend to approximately 11,600 acres – or a little more than 18 square miles – but firefighters were well on their way to total control over the fire by Sunday and the fire was completely contained by 9 a.m. Monday.
