Everyday in Milwaukee kids as young as 12 years old stealing cars and driving recklessly just for the fuck of it. Crashing into sidewalks and hitting houses and people.

Real life GTA. It’s a free for all in America. According to some kids that were interviewed in a Kia Boys documentary, they only get 3 weeks in jail if they get caught. And it’s only a misdemeanor. Gonna be back to the wild wild west days real soon.
