One of the most conservative members of the House of Representatives, Rep. Thomas H. Massie (R.-Ky.) told One America News that the Omnibus spending bill that passed the House was nothing like the spending reforms that the Republican Party promised the voters. Massie said congressmen were not given time to read the bill, so there was no way to know what was in the bill.
