The Western media is totally retarded. I mean, the Taliban’s social contract with the population of Pashtun or whoever, was not to bring them “Western values”, whatever that means, but to enforce Sharia law. The Taliban are hard-core Sunni Muslims and they don’t care about “free speech”, nor ever claimed to promote such a thing.
On the other hand, the Western regimes always talk about promoting free speech, while literally everything they disagree with is censored. In Europe there are laws against various forms of speech, while in the US censorship is imposed under the pretense of “muh private companies”.
