The moment Kyle Rittenhouse was proven innocent and Binger’s case fell apart

The prosecution’s star witness Gaige Grosskreutz admitted during cross-examination that he was standing over Rittenhouse with a loaded weapon and that Rittenhouse only fired after Grosskreutz pointed a handgun at him.

Rittenhouse’s defense then introduced Grosskreutz’s twitter feed with various comments about the trial less than five days before he gave testimony. This is bad for the credibility of a witness.
