Just Youtube again working with the global shadow structures and Censoring the info.
In this case, the English language apparently is not translating from Russian, but the other languages work (as far as I checked).
I don’t know if this happens to the other videos on that youtube page, but this particular video it doesn’t work (it’s new video).

Try and see if the Translation to English in Subtitles options it’s working for you.
